Okay, so I’m coming out of long silence to post my green tea broccoli recipe.
Today’s post is inspired by my fellow broccoli fanatic @bryan_kavanagh who apparently routinely takes pictures of the broccoli he consumes
You will need:
As much broccoli as you’d like
Decaf green tea (one bag)
Seasonings of your choice

So these are by no means “lean” food, but since I’ve mentioned pizza burgers on Twitter, I’ve gotten lots of inquiries into them. So, I figured I’d post the recipe. I had no idea how much fat or other bad things are in them. I don’t wanna know

Why not start off my new blog, which will chronicle my path to good health, with a recipe?
I make this soup often, and it only takes about 20 minutes. It does require a little precooking.
Salsa Baked Chicken
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can Herdez Salsa Casera Click here for a product pic
poultry seasoning (or other seasoning of your choosing)
Easiest chicken recipe in the world. In a covered baking dish (I use a large flat oval corningware one) place a large package of boneless skinless chicken breasts (usually 8 in a package). Sprinkle breasts with a little poultry seasoning, then top with the can of salsa
